Project 1
1. On April 20th, 2007, 30 airbags from “Qingdao Evergreen” were successfully used to launch a 1,200-ton Panamanian bulk carrier at the Liaoning Shipbuilding Industrial Park in Yingkou, Liaoning, earning high praise from the shipowner. (This news was reported by Yingkou TV.) The ship, measuring 119 meters in length, 19 meters in width, and 12 meters in height, set a record for the largest tonnage of newly built ships launched on the Liao River to date.
Project 2
2. On May 27th, 2007, four inflatable rubber fenders with a diameter of 2.0 meters and a length of 3.5 meters, produced by our company for British HS SHIPPING INC, were successfully shipped to Qingdao Port.
Project 3
3. On July 22th, 2007, “Qingdao Evergreen” inflatable rubber fenders passed strict inspection by customer representatives and were approved for packing and shipping. This demonstrated the high quality of “Qingdao Evergreen” inflatable fenders. The fenders, ready for shipment, were to be transported by sea from Qingdao Port to Bilbao Port in Spain.

Project 4
4. On November 18th, 2007, 12 inflatable rubber fenders ordered by American Weida Shipping arrived at New Orleans Port in the United States after a 38-day journey. After use by the customer, they received approval, leading to a follow-up order for 8 more fenders with dimensions of 2.5 meters in diameter by 5.5 meters in length. “Qingdao Evergreen” is steadily advancing with its sincere and trustworthy business philosophy and superior quality!
Project 5
5. On February 28th, 2008, Qingdao Evergreen Maritime Co., Ltd. successfully delivered 80 ship-assisted floating airbags with a diameter of 2 meters and a length of 9 meters to Indian company JAISU SHIPPING, completing the shipment of 100 airbags for the Indian customer. Despite tight deadlines and heavy workloads, quality and integrity remained our top priorities. “Qingdao Evergreen” is making steady progress with its feet firmly on the ground!
Project 6
6. On July 8th, 2008, “Qingdao Evergreen” airbags successfully launched the “Anfulu” imperial boat, one of three boats used for the Beijing Olympic torch relay, into the water. All three boats, including one imperial boat and two official boats, were safely launched, undertaking the task of the only water-based Olympic torch relay in Beijing from August 6-8th. This fulfilled “Qingdao Evergreen’s” wish to contribute to the Beijing Olympics. “Qingdao Evergreen” will carry forward the Olympic spirit of “Faster, Higher, Stronger” to further enhance product quality.
Project 7
7. At 10:30 a.m. on September 9th, 2008, employees at Qingdao Evergreen Maritime Co., Ltd. in Jimo City’s Jidong Industrial Park held their breath and focused intently on the pressure gauge. When the pointer reached 0.7 MPa, a loud explosion announced the success of Qingdao Evergreen’s safety pressure burst test on an airbag capable of carrying 8,700 tons of ship weight. The test body was a 6-layer whole-wrapped style rubber airbag with a diameter of 1.5 meters and a length of 7 meters, using water as the working medium. The airbag safely withstood a pressure 6 times its working pressure, fully meeting safety requirements for launching. This test was a precursor to Qingdao Evergreen’s supply of 78 airbags with a diameter of 1.5 meters and a length of 16 meters to Turkey’s Eregli Shipyard for the launching of a 25,000-ton chemical tanker later that year. Since 2006, Qingdao Evergreen’s airbags, fenders, and other products have been exported to Malaysia, the United States, India, Vietnam, and other countries, enjoying a good reputation in foreign shipyards and ports.
Project 8
8. On October 17th, 2008, our company provided a batch of airbags to an American customer for the salvage of an oil tanker stranded due to Hurricane Ike. By placing airbags under the tanker and using a bulldozer to push from behind and a tugboat to pull from the front, the tanker was successfully “rescued.” This successful implementation demonstrated the irreplaceable role of ship airbags and highlighted their importance.
Project 9
9. At 4:18 p.m. on November 18th, 2008, “Qingdao Evergreen” airbags safely launched a 5,700-ton self-weighted floating dock (STAR1) at the Strategic Shipyard in Saigon, Vietnam, in 80 seconds. This set records for the heaviest, widest, and most difficult ship launching using airbags in Vietnam. Our company’s engineers visited Vietnam three times during this period to discuss, study, conduct field surveys, make precise calculations, and meticulously prepare, ensuring the safe and successful launching of the dock. The dock measured 128 meters in length and 57 meters in width, using 44 airbags. Additionally, the shipyard signed a contract with us for the launching of a 12,000-ton floating dock (STAR2) in March of the following year. “Qingdao Evergreen” welcomes you to visit and guide our work.
Project 10
10. At 12:00 noon on December 30th, 2008, amidst splendid fireworks and deafening firecrackers, the “WISBY TANKERS AB” 5,800 DWT oil tanker owned by a Swedish shipowner smoothly slid into the sea at the Penglai Jinglu Shipyard. The majestic hull and unique, safe airbag launching method attracted the attention of onlookers. Assisted by a 150-ton gantry crane, the tanker “sat” on 21 airbags with a diameter of 1.8 meters and a length of 16 meters produced by our company and successfully launched without any damage. Our company will adhere to the development strategy and policy of “manufacturing products that satisfy ourselves 100 % and meeting customer needs 100%,” participating in market competition, building a superior brand, and striving to become a first-class ship airbag manufacturer and a professional ship airbag launching team.
Project 11
11. Warmly celebrate the successful launching of the 20,500-ton bulk carrier “Wuxingzhou 17” using airbags At 10:30 a.m. on February 28th, 2009, at the Mingfa Shipyard in Taizhou City, Zhejiang Province, the 20,500-ton bulk carrier manufactured by Mingfa Shipbuilding Co., Ltd. was successfully launched using 42 new-type ship high-strength launching airbags manufactured by Qingdao Qingdao Evergreen Maritime Co., Ltd. The ship, with a total length of 158 meters, a molded width of 22 meters, and a self-weight of 7,000 tons, set a new record for the weight of ships launched at the shipyard. “Qingdao Evergreen” ship launching airbags, featuring our company’s independently developed new-type integral winding technology, rank among the top in the country in terms of airtightness, wear resistance, and bearing capacity.
Project 12
12. On April 30th, 2009, our company successfully lifted a 2,500-ton dock gate using 12 “Qingdao Evergreen” new-type integral winding high-strength airbags at the Borneo Shipyard in Malaysia. After removing the piles, the dock gate was successfully moved 90 degrees horizontally, earning high praise from the shipyard.
