A batch of deep sea mooring buoys has recently been completed and successfully shipped to Canada for a scientific research project operating at depths of up to 3000 meters.

Compared with conventional marine applications, deep-sea environments place much higher demands on the reliability and structural stability of mooring buoy systems
Long-term exposure to high pressure, ocean currents, and unpredictable offshore conditions requires each component to be carefully designed and manufactured.

For this project, the offshore mooring buoys were engineered to provide stable positioning and long-term durability under extreme working conditions. From material selection to structural reinforcement, particular attention was given to ensuring performance consistency throughout extended deployment cycles.
In addition to buoyancy performance, resistance to seawater corrosion and environmental stress was also considered during production. Each unit underwent inspection and testing before delivery to ensure it meets the operational requirements of deep-sea research applications.
As part of the shipment process, all buoys were securely packaged and loaded to ensure safe transportation during long-distance delivery. The project highlights the importance of reliable marine mooring equipment in supporting offshore scientific operations.

With growing demand for ocean research and offshore monitoring,high-quality mooring buoy systems.of Evergreen Maritime continue to play a critical role in ensuring data collection stability and operational safe.
